A major corporation in Downtown Dallas is always looking for top quality administrative candidates. This corporation hires on a 90 day temp to hire basis for all administrative positions. Currently, they are seeking all levels of administrative candidates:

Junior Administrative Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and Executive Administrative Assistant. Normal hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm – must be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Junior Administrative Assistants will need to have a minimum of three to five years experience. Salary is dependent upon experience but will most likely start at 35k. Hourly rate for temp is approximately $14-17 per hour.

Administrative Assistants will need to have a minimum of four to six years experience. Salary is dependent upon experience but will most likely start at 45k. Hourly rate for temp is approximately $17-21 per hour.

Executive Administrative Assistants will need to have a minimum of five to seven years experience supporting C-level executives. Salary is dependent upon experience but will most likely start at 55k. Hourly rate for temp is approximately $22-25 per hour.

Responsibilities on all levels include secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the various team members within each group. All administrative candidates must have meticulous attention to detail; ability to effectively handle competing priorities; must be able to maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism in all scenarios; be a team player with strong skills at multi-tasking. Also must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact with all staff levels and external customers.

We are seeking a Payroll Manager for our client in Austin, TX.

Payroll Manager and Payroll Clerk

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for:
-Supervision of employees in payroll department (2)
-Implementation of personnel and pay policies
-Implementation and oversight of benefit plans including enrollment and distribution of employee benefit information.
-Liaison with field offices to assure payroll is submitted correctly and all leave and PTO requests are in.
-Liaison with Accounting for payroll expenses and audit
-Maintain payroll master file records,
-Manage time and attendance system
-Ensure accurate and timely data input from the field offices to include auditing of payroll processes.
-Manage year end closing activities.
-Assure compliance with all Federal, State and Local tax rules and regulations.
-Oversee the 401K to include enrollment, distribution, loan processes, annual testing and auditing.
-Completing management reports for the executive team and field managers.
-Participating as part of the management team

Qualifications;
-Degreed individual must possess 5+ years experience managing multi-location payroll department or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be a self-starter and possess strong interpersonal skills and work ethic. Ultimate Payroll Software: Ultipro Payroll, Cognos Report-Writer and UltiTimekeeping experience preferred.
-Certified Payroll Professional preferred.

Job Summary
Our client has a well established product line. The Project/Product Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for modifying the drawings as well as all necessary documentation and analysis for customer specific modifications to the existing product line. When not focused on specific projects, the engineer will work on extending the existing product line via modifications.

Job Description:
- Machinery experience (assemblies, gear boxes, motors, Etc.)
- Project Experience is a must.
- Basic Mechanical calculations (pressure fits, torque on a shaft, etc.)
- Modify drawings and all necessary documentation for product modifications. Documentation will include but is not limited to test forms, specifications, manuals, and bill material.
- Interface with machine shop to not only provide necessary documentation, but to also assist in troubleshooting problems and determining an acceptable solution.
- Interface with sales team to provide costs and estimated delivery time for quotations.
- Interface with customers to solidify specifications and needs.
- Perform all necessary calculations and analysis to ensure quality products.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Required.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer with knowledge of machinery.
- Detailed oriented with ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be hands on and not only know how to create the drawings and documentation but be able to work with others to troubleshoot problems and determine solutions to mechanical problems.
- Must be flexible and able to work on multiple projects at once.
