Our Dallas, Texas Client is seeking a buyer relations specialist or experienced Customer Service Representative.
-Must have prior Call Center experience
-Must be able to work with customers on the phone, and data entry.
-Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Minimum 5+ years experience as a Customer Service -Representative; minimum of 1 year in a Call Center environment.
-Looking for a team player that is dependable and timely.
-Proficiency with MS Office.
-Attend to buyer payments that are past due.
